Wooster School held its Commencement Exercises on Friday, June 10 to celebrate the graduation of the Class of 2022. These seniors join more than 3,000 alumni who have graduated since Wooster's founding in 1926.
Wooster School is excited to announce that it has received a significant leadership gift from Richard and Lori Fernandes to construct a multipurpose artificial turf athletic field on its campus. The field is to be called "The Alice and Fernando Fernandes Field" in honor of Rick's parents, whose support and commitment to the strongest possible education for Rick made all the difference in his life. Construction on the field is to begin in June with a tentative completion date of September 2021.

Alicia, Bayley, and Josh's recognition of a life threatening situation, quick action, and attention to medical protocols in providing life sustaining CPR and hemorrhage control care of traumatic bleeding resulted in the preservation of the victim's life on scene. All were commended for their heroic response to action in a time of need.

Wooster School graduate and current Kenyon College student Kern Byrnes was recently named the 2018 Newcomer of the Year for lacrosse in the North Coast Athletic Conference, only the second player to be honored with this award in the history of Kenyon College Lacrosse. He was also the only freshman named to the league All-Conference team, earning second team honors as a defenseman. Kern was a starter for the Kenyon College lacrosse team throughout the season and was also named as the team's MVP on defense.
